Privacy
policy.

Last updated May 19, 2026. Plain English about what we collect through this site, how we use it, and how to get in touch with a privacy question.

Clermont Law Office, PC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. If you'd rather ask us a privacy question by phone, you can — call 978-957-6997 and we'll handle it directly.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you provide it
  • The kind of matter you're inquiring about
  • Whatever you write in the message field

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your contact information with anyone outside the third-party services described below. If you visit the site without using the contact form, no personal information is collected from you by us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry — by email or phone, whichever you've asked for or seems most appropriate. We may retain your inquiry for our records in the event you become a client. We never use your contact information for marketing, newsletters, or third-party promotions.

Third-party services

This site relies on a few third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, and any data passing through them is subject to those policies.

  • Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us as email. Submitted form data passes through Web3Forms servers.
  • Google Maps powers the office location map on the Contact page. Loading the map may share your IP address with Google.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Loading fonts may share your IP address with Google.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. They log basic technical information about visits (e.g., IP address, browser type) for hosting and security purposes.

We don't control these services, but we've chosen them as a reasonable balance of utility and privacy for a small-firm website.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set any cookies of our own. Third-party services listed above may set their own cookies — primarily for security and load-balancing, not for tracking you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time:

  • What information we have about you
  • To correct anything that's inaccurate
  • To delete your information from our records, subject to legal retention requirements

Email djc@attyclermont.com or call 978-957-6997 with privacy requests. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

No attorney–client relationship

This site is for informational purposes only. Submitting the contact form does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential information about a legal matter until you have spoken with us and entered into an engagement agreement.

Updates

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
